7月26日 Back and bittenCurrent mood: crappy
Hey! I know you are all waiting to hear how camping was! It was pretty wicked we got there in less then an hour from Humber College on the highway. Got all set up, had a nice fire ate a lot of burgers and went to search for the Best buy. We found it and the grocery store at the same time after driving around for at least an hour. The next day we headed back up to the Best Buy to return some adapter we bought for the electric cooler that didn't work. I also bought a memory card then we headed off to the water park for the free pool and amazing hot tub that Eric and I fell in love with. Then on the way home from the water park it started raining, which turned into downpour and storm. We were trapped in a slightly leaking tent for four hours, with nothing to do but eat jelly bellies, so we started open your mouth and close your eyes. We were trying to guess the flavours. Then on Friday we went to Wal-Mart and toys r us and discovered all the Nerf stuff toys r us had, and all the darts Wal-Mart had. We also bought new towels since ours got drenched in the storm. In the afternoon Eric and I hit the pool and hot tub again. In the evening Ashley and Alex joined us and stayed for the weekend. The Friday night it got so cold though and Alex didn't bring a lot of blankets. He was lying next to me all night shivering, while I was wrapped up like a warm cinnamon bun in my blankets. He woke up to me all warm and then told me he hated me; however he does not remember it at all. Saturday since Alex was up bright and early he was talking to the kid on the site next to us who was ditched by his parents early. When Ashley got up she mistakenly invited the kid to come sit with us which turned out to be bad. This kid was so annoying; I think he was like 14 years old. We were talking about going to toys r us but we weren't sure if it was open yet then the kid opens his mouth and says to Ashley, I don't know but you know what is open... My pants. We were all like wow, lame 14 year old pickup lines, and lame! So we told the kid we had to go to Alex's grandparents then we drove around for a while, finally ending up at St. Jacob's farmers market where there was a guy with the cutest puppies ever. One of them came running up to me, no one else, just me, and I scooped him up and he started licking me, I wanted to keep him so badly but Eric wouldn't let me. The Lego place at St. Jacob's was pretty wicked too, and I loved the llama! After leaving St. Jacob's we passed some Mennonite farm that had a sign up saying they had firewood for sale. We went into this scary place and Eric and Ashley were stuck listening to a speech on the history of maple syrup while Alex and I waited for them in the van. There was a really cute kitty there though. Then we got lost for a few hours trying to get back to Bingeman's only to come back to that kid so we had to ditch him again, so we headed out to Wal-Mart and toys r us again. There were lots of good times though with the mini Nerf war, crazy tent pictures and all the rain. It was disappointing though that Bingeman's doesn't sell the fuel stuff we anymore. It was always good times spraying it into the fire, I'm wondering if there was maybe an incident. I always come back damaged from camping. I can't remember the first year, but last year I came back with the worst cold ever, and this year I got some weird bug bite and my leg is totally swollen, and I had to go to the doctor to get medicine and I have to miss work today. Also for the last two years in a row when I've gone camping the manager's I've worked for have been replaced by the time I get back. It's a pretty back jinx! Ah well, this is enough non-sensical rambling for today so until next time, Christina (WHAT WILL SHE DO NEXT!?)

Hey! I can't wait until our camping trip so I can get away from work for a while. I'm so excited I've already got most the stuff ready to pack, except like clothes and stuff. So I saw the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie and it was pretty wicked. At the end you can tell there is going to be a third movie though. The octopus men in it were pretty scary. Before I go away I want to get beautified. Pedicure, leg wax, haircut and I'll maybe dye my hair. Legs will be smooth as silk. I better go do laundry and read some Harry Potter I'm falling behind in my reading! TTFN, Christina (WHAT WILL SHE DO NEXT?!) 7月10日 9 daysCurrent mood: blank
Hey! Ha, so I fooled you all with the nine days subject, there are actually nine days until camping. I'm so excited I'm already starting to get everything ready. Chris' tips were extremely helpful. For tradition I will make sure we get a nice fire going, flames like 12 feet high and I'll get a picture for you guys. We pretty much have everything we need, just need to get groceries and wood and stuff. We'll have to look into getting skids from Canadian Tire again because we probably won't have room in the car to bring wood with us. I think we might do some grocery shopping at Costco before we leave, I don't think we should get the meat, but we can get everything else. We'll probably leave for Bingeman's around 3:30 or 4pm which should be good. Eric has his mature student testing at Humber that day at 1pm so he'll do that then we will probably leave from the College. Oh yeah, I need to go print out the directions. I also have to look up where the closer grocery store was because I totally forget; I only know where the one twenty minutes away is. In other news, Italy won the world cup, which was disappointing. That's all I have to say about that. Guess I should go get ready for work, Later! Christina (WHAT WILL SHE DO NEXT?!)

Hey So we were suppose to go see Pirates of the Caribbean 2 last night, but then Ashley had friends up from Oshawa so we didn't go we just hung out. We did go to the park again to play on a slide that was fun, just not sure if I actually do feel like going to Orangeville tonight or not. I bought a portable DVD player yesterday and we weren't sure of the quality with it, it seems kind of horrible so I think I'll return it today, I know mom wanted to go to solutions, and that with me so I might do that or take down the tent today then see what happens in the evening. I also want to get a haircut, maybe I'll wait until my next paycheck so I get it done closer to camping. I guess that's all for now. Until next time, Christina (WHAT WILL SHE DO NEXT?!) 7月7日 59 daysCurrent mood: content
Hey Sorry for no update yesterday, it was a pretty busy day. I worked from 9-2. It was good because I found out that I did well on Wednesday for sales after the horrible times I've been having with PSP. The management keeps getting mad at me for not selling it. I managed to do 14% PSP on Wednesday when our PSP target is 8% attachment. By the way, PSP stands for Performance Service Plan. Anyway, Eric and I both worked 9-2, after work my mom picked us up and got us A&W; we came home and ate it. Then Eric fell asleep on the air mattress in the living room while I read some Harry Potter. Then when Amanda got home we went and set up and cleaned the tent and stuff for our camping trip, we might sleep in it tonight, not sure. Then Justin took us to Blockbuster in his Mustang that was pretty fun. I bought like six DVDs though. Tonight we might go see Pirates of the Caribbean 2. I hope it's good. I want to go swimming, Christina (WHAT WILL SHE DO NEXT?!)

Hey! So I'm at work, doing my regular not good enough for management work when who comes in; none other then Bryan McCabe, so easy to miss because he was hiding under a baseball hat. He's looking at memory cards when I approach to see if he needs help, realizing who he is, I say hey Bryan, how's it going?! He then puts his head down and walks away towards the mp3 players. I follow him and start helping him with those. While doing this I start asking him questions about his new contract, his wife, training camp and their practice facility. He was starting to get really annoyed by this time. By now he's chosen a camera and mp3 player. I proceed to explain our service plan, and he shoots it down, it wasn't as pretty as a shot off a pass from Kaberle. He shoots down the plan none the less like every other person who comes to Best Buy. After he leaves, I have management complaining to me about how I'm not good enough at selling warranties, and how there's no excuse for not selling to someone who makes that kind of money, and I don't know how to explain the plan, and so forth. Then I woke up. Yes this was all a dream. It is still very relative to reality. I do keep getting in trouble because they say I'm not selling PSP. Meanwhile the entire department, not just me has been doing poorly in selling them, and I don't know why they feel the need to keep taking it out on me. I'm one of the only people who actually offer it to every customer. Oh well. Nothing I can do about it. Well, I start work soon so I better go, Christina (WHAT WILL SHE DO NEXT?!)

Hey! Yesterday I worked, and it was insane, it was like Christmas in the store. I didn't understand it. Everyone wanted discounts and I wasn't in the mood for that at all, especially when managements breathing down my throat. I've been getting spoken to for the past week or so because our service plan sales are suffering, thats probably because all the people who give discounts aren't in our department anymore so our accessories have gone up. They don't understand why we can't sell the service plans, but its ridiculously expensive and hard to sell, you'd think it'd be easier on camcorders but its harder because its so expensive and everyone is so cheap! It's a losing battle. After work yesterday Eric and I went out to dinner at Crabby Joe's because I have a V.I.P. card there that gives me 15ff. It was yummy. After we ate we came home and watched television in the living room with Amanda and Deb. After they left we watched a bunch of shows on the food network including Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. I think thats what its called, but it's an awesome show, I love Chef Ramsey. We then went upstairs and I gave Eric these practice math tests that my mom brought home for him to use before going for his mature student testing. This turned out to be surprisingly fun, Eric got almost all the questions right too, he's really smart and he understood it all. He tried to teach some to me, but I'm not a very good math student. I was helpful in telling him if he got the right answer though, seeing as I held onto the answer sheet. I think after work tonight, if Eric wants to, we should go out and purchase some stuff for camping. The Coleman stove, a tarp and some pots and pans and stuff. I honestly don't know what else we used for cooking the last two years at camping, other then fire. I know Chris and Ashley brought a Coleman stove thing too, other then that I'm clueless. If worse gets to worse we will just have to have like McDonalds everyday, but I think we'll figure everything out, hopefully! If not it will be an adventure, like when the Echo ran out of gas on the way home from North Bay. Oh well, I have to work in like an hour so I better go start getting dressed and have some breakfast. Van Mierlo out!! Christina (WHAT WILL SHE DO NEXT?!)
